The Royal Hotel is in
the town of LEVUKA on the island of Ovalau in the Fiji islands. Ovalau is one of several islands that make
up the Lomaiviti group and is one of the closest to the main island of Viti
Levu.

Suva to Levuka (Bureta airstrip), flying time of approx.12mins. The airstrip, approx. 40mins from the town,
is on the western side of the island and is serviced by a local bus**. SEA: Patterson
Brothers shipping (Ph: 3315 644) has a daily, excluding Sunday, bus
and ferry service from Suva to Levuka. The trip takes 4.5 hours, and is
recommended for its experience. **A local taxi pick up can be arranged by the hotel from Bureta airstrip.
